What the forms collect
Your name, email address and message, and optionally your organisation, phone number, the services you tick and, for callbacks, a preferred time. A hidden field is used to deter automated spam. You must tick a consent box before sending.
How it is processed
Your details are sent to a script on our web host, which passes them to the host's mail service for delivery to [email protected]. The hosting provider and mail service process the data on our behalf. The website does not save your message to a database.
Abuse protection
To limit repeated submissions, the server stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address (a one-way hash), with a counter, for up to 15 minutes. Expired records are deleted when later requests are processed.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them, to provide any service agreed, and to meet legal obligations. The owner must confirm the actual retention policy.
Cookies and local storage
This site installs no analytics, advertising or other optional cookies. When you choose an option in the cookie notice, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the notice is not shown again; if storage is blocked, the site still works and the notice may reappear. You can change your choice at any time:
